What we collect: the email address you type in. If you answer the optional question after signing up, we store that note with no connection to your email — we can’t tell who wrote what, on purpose. We also record a basic tag for where you came from (like “tiktok”) and use Vercel’s cookieless page analytics. No ad pixels, no cross-site tracking.

What we don’t collect: your name, phone number, location, contacts, or anything about your betting.

What we do with your email: tell you when Fold launches, and almost nothing else. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Want out entirely? Email us and we’ll delete you from the list.

What we never do: sell your data, share it with sportsbooks, or take money from them. Fold answers to the people using it and nobody else.

When the Fold app launches, it will have its own privacy policy covering the app. This page covers this website.
